Prelude
I apologize for the delay in this post. It has been an exciting start to the school year. We are slowly working our way towards starting Project Lead the Way (PLTW) computer programming curriculums K-5 in the next couple weeks.
Grade Levels at a Glance
Currently we are waiting for some slightly delayed materials. However, this is no excuse to slack off! Kids have been working hard learning creating positive behavior flyers in small groups. Students have been exploring the basics of computer engineering and asking questions about what they would like to learn on the computers.
Students in 3-5 have been working in Google Docs creating research journals. Students are given individualized assignments through the google doc for the next week. These documents can be shared with any parents who are interested as a “view only” document. Please contact me with your preferred email and I would be happy to share your child’s work with you.

Leopold Google Science Fair Jr. 2016
I am also excited to lead an AACE after school club for a Leopold Science Fair. We will be doing a modified version of Google Science Fair. All students and families are encouraged to participate along at home and present at our Science Fair during an Open School House Science Night.
